Once a prospective tenant is found (subject to the approval of the Lessor and checking of credit references) the lease is drawn up and signed by both parties
At this point the commission becomes payable to RENTALGOOROO by the Lessor. Commission is 7.5% (seven point five per cent) of the total value of the lease.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Should RENTALGOOROO be appointed as Managing Agent, we undertake to do the following:
The agent shall inspect the property when necessary and liaise with the Lessor / Lessee in respect of any requests related to the property.
From the monthly rental payable by the Lessee to RENTALGOOROO, the Agent will pay the monthly rates or levy; the Lessor’s bond (if applicable) and deposit the balance into the Lessor’s bank account. A “Receipts and Disbursements” statement will be posted to the Lessor each month, together with any supporting documents for repairs.
